i am renovating and not sure which type i should put in. If i restore the original feature of a spiral staircase i know it would not sell to old people but would create alot more space.

I've found a townhome I am interested in buying and the only way to get to the second floor is up a spiral staircase. The second floor overlooks the living room below.

I have a spiral staircase with around 15 treads. I am looking for a company who cuts wooden templates. Who would do this? Tried looking on Google but with no success.

I am sure that it would be a pain in the ass. I just want to make the experience less painful. My boyfriend and I are going to rent a top floor old tenement flat in Edinburgh. Spiral staircase is the "heritage" of local tenement. Fortunately we'll be moving in a fully furnished flat. Therefore we don't really have many furnitures to move. However we do have a bookcase, a few big suitcases and hi-fi equipments. Can anybody share their experience of moving furnitures up the hellish spiral staircase safely and less painfully?
